I thought this would be the best place to post my question since it did. I'm curious as what this key combination does. When I press the Alt+F5 key, it makes my screen flicker or go black, but it comes back again.
I meant to press Alt+F4 to close a window, but I accidently pressed the F5 key instead. One of more confusing aspects of keyboard shortcuts on the Mac are the symbols. For each search, you will always have the most accurate manufacturer, vendor or organization data, without having to worry about updating a database. There are more than 40K mac address prefixes in the database.
